Surprisingly a breeze. Only two people in line when I came Monday at around 1pm. The turnstile for the package was a surprise I'm not accustomed too. There was only one teller open. The staff was kind enough to let my daughter slowly understand/take part in the mail process. Outside parking has paybyphone meters but the process was so quick that I was out before my time was up.

Both cashiers were so friendly and nice, talking to customers and smiling. Love the architecture of this Post Office. Clean and neat.

Once again: Status of my package is "Delivery Attempted - No Access to Delivery Location". This is impossible. The carrier always has full access to my mailbox and house; there is no way that access is not available. The carrier is negligent and making a false claim. This has happened multiple times… when packages are late, they claim they "have no access"! Ridiculous and embarrassingly blatant. Terrible service.

My postal service has also consistently marked packages as “delivered” when they are NOT delivered. Then they show up 2 or 3 days late. How can they mark something as delivered when it isn’t?

OR they use the excuse "mailbox not accessible" (which is never true), or - hilariously - "interference by an animal"! I'd love to know what kind of animal prevents delivery to an open mailbox... big squirrel? nasty raccoon? overhead hawk?

Once, they delayed my rent check for two weeks.

Worker was really nice to explain the cost for shipping mail, was friendly and patient when I forgot my card in the car to run out and get it. It wasn't very busy around 3pm when I got there

This post office has been closed July 11 and July 12 2024. I don’t understand how a federal government building is closed on a regular day. These workers are lazy and ridiculous.

This has been my local post office for over 20 years. I have had very few problems here. Reading through the comments I see that there are quite a few complaints about the wait time, the hours of operation, and accountability. Some of these concerns are valid and some of them are just a bunch of Karens. It's tr
ue that this office typically has one clerk. The clerk can't do anything about that. They can't magically grow another clerk every time someone asks for more help. A lot of people are just impatient and they take it out on the clerk. I turn around and walk right back out if I feel the line is too long. I usually plan my visit based on whether I have time to spare or not. I've noticed that the turnaround here is high and I can only imagine that it's because of the stress they are constantly put under. A lot of times it's not the clerk's fault the line moves so slow. There are so many people who come in unprepared (wrong shipping label, no box, no tape, no customs form) and hold up the line but somehow it's the clerks fault!? Bottom line don't come here if you don't have time to spare, are impatient, rude and entitled. If you need to complain to someone do it to the postmaster general.

This place is a disgrace. If you want any important mail lost, like Priority Express, mail it here. If the USPS wants to provide better service, they can start by closing down this office.

Place was great for me. Super chill employee and helped me ship my box fast. Must've gotten lucky with this guy than the rude employee I hear about
